About the Summit

The National Election Game Changer Summit will gather election campaign stakeholders to provide them information, knowledge and awareness on winning elections through innovative campaign strategies using digital technologies and AI, as well as time-tested traditional approaches.

Aptly themed, “Winning Strategies for AI Interconnected Electorate,” the Summit aims to equip the attendees the following:

Atty. Nicasio Conti

Nic Conti is an experienced lawyer, government relations specialist, and public affairs expert based in the Philippines. With over 20 years of experience, Nic has a diverse background spanning government service, legal practice, and media communications. He served two Philippine Presidents in high-ranking positions from 2001 to 2015, including roles in maritime regulation and anti-corruption initiatives. Nic is recognized for his expertise in navigating government bureaucracy, infrastructure project development, and maritime law. He has also been a professor of economics and authored a book on anti-corruption. His skillset includes corporate law, government contracting, media strategy, and strategic communications. Nic holds advanced education in maritime studies and public sector reform from international institutions. organizations.

Ms. Estrella Torres

A Journalist specializing on Just Transition, Climate Justice and Good Governance issues. Prior, She served as Communication Specialist working for an International Development Agency and Save the Children Philippines as Head of Media and Communication. Also, She served as a Communication consultant of the International Labour Organization (ILO) Philippines. As a journalist for three broadsheet newspapers, she has written stories on foreign affairs, labour and migration. Currently a lecturer at San Beda College Alabang, and also holds lectures on communicating primary health care as part of governance, writing for mainstream and digital media for audiences like local government leaders, information officers and non government organizations.

Ms. Ella Kristina Domingo

She is an experienced communication research specialist with a diverse and impressive background. She holds a Master’s degree in Communication Research from the University of the Philippines Diliman and a BA in Sociology from the University of the Philippines Los Baños, providing her with a strong academic foundation in social sciences and research methodologies. Currently serving as the Research and Publication Director at Capstone-Intel Corporation, Coronel leads various aspects of research projects, including proposal writing, study design, and implementation of diverse research methods. Her expertise spans big data analytics, quantitative and qualitative research, stakeholder relations, and social listening. Prior to her current role, she gained valuable experience as a Knowledge and Communication Consultant at the Asian Development Bank for nearly a decade, and also worked as a Communication and Member Engagement Officer for the UN Global Compact Network Philippines.
